McCroskey One Sheet

I
WILL FIGHT TO PROTECT  YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
UNDER THE LAW.

As a criminal defense attorney, I assist my clients with a concierge level service while obtaining the best possible results. You can be sure that I will go the last mile for you. If I am unable to serve you, I will know someone who can.

I handle all state criminal charges including traffic tickets and DUI, as well as theft crimes, drug crimes, juvenile issues, and have a unique interest in professional license defense. In addition, I handle matters in the Federal Courts.

I have been practicing law in California for almost 20 years, and am dedicated to achieving the best possible results for my clients. My focus is on maintaining my client’s options so that they can preserve their dignity. I go out of my way to find a way to get my client what they want. From the initial consultation, my clients have the experience of confidence, and a sense of relief as they leave their legal problems in the hands of a professional. I offer clear, practical advice to each client, and promptly responds to each client’s needs. I will personally represent my clients in all stages of their legal matter with enthusiasm, and with their best interests in mind.

I started Lawpreneur Radio, which showcases entrepreneurial attorneys and the vendors that support them, because I wanted to do something different. I love the experience of “meeting” new people each week, and talking about what’s important to me. The fact that others find value in the podcast is wonderful!
